Upon arriving to the store I was impressed by the large and spacious parking lot. I was met at the door with smiling and friendly staff that was willing and ready to help assist all needs and answer any questions I had. I was thoroughly explained a breakdown of what to expect of my first bill and upcoming bills and adjusts me there an after.
If you're looking for new device, upgrade, or information I would certainly recommend stopping by this AT&T location.
Excellent customer service I live an hour away from the store. I passed two stores to get to the store, Because anytime I have an issued, they Always resolve it. Great customer service and it doesn’t matter how long or what the issue is. They are not gonna stop until they can help you resolve it. There are great team.
Tiffany was the bomb. I gave the five stars but only for her service. My problem with the store is, it absolutely reeks of mold. Not a slight odor, a full on attack on your sinuses. I wasn’t in there 30 seconds and was already sniffling and coughing. That store is an OSHA violation. If you do not move these employees to somewhere clean, AT&T risks many disability claims, as well as unlawful death lawsuits. It will not take long for this mold to have an effect, because this is not a little bit of mold. Even if you got cleaners in there, dressed in full on hazmat suits, they would never get it all. That building needs to be condemned.
Danny helped me and he was very kind and patient. He even stayed after store hours to help me fully transfer my info from my old phone to my new one when he could have just sent me home. He offered polite conversation and was even kind in response to rude customers that interrupted our sales transaction. Great employee, give the man a raise.
Bad experience, I signed up with AT&T on March 31, 2023 . It's been nothing just a disaster, the staff are nice but they are not telling the truth. They lied about promoting and service. They gave me a tester line for 2 days and supposed to be disconnected because I signed up for service. The tester line never disconnected I have been getting a bill for it. I took the bill back to the store Nick said "don't worry I will take care of it" two months letter the bill keeps getting bigger and now I have to deal with the dispute with the cooperate office. Just save you a trip and go to another location.
